What is coaching?
Coaching centers around addressing the present moment. We identify the current challenge, determine the necessary steps to overcome it, and equip you with the tools needed for success.
Our approach focuses on your overall well-being, empowering you to take action. I believe you possess the resources required to achieve your goals, and I'm here to guide you, hold you accountable, and provide unwavering support tailored solely to you.
Coach vs therapy…
Therapy often delves into the past, seeking diagnoses or addressing mild to sever dysfunction.
In coaching, our focus is on the present and moving forward. While understanding your backstory—your who, what, where, when, and why—is crucial, the priority is identifying what you need right now to achieve your goals and live a happier, more fulfilled life.
It's worth noting that therapy and coaching can complement each other. It's about tailoring the support to the individual's needs. Coaching isn't a replacement for therapy, nor vice versa—it's simply a different approach to support.
