MY LIFE GOAL IS TO NEVER SLOW DOWN, NEVER STOP LIVING, LOVE MY PEOPLE HARD, AND NEVER GO A DAY WITHOUT LAUGHING.

As for me…

I'm a product of Northern Maine, raised on small-town values that emphasize kindness, honesty, hard work, authenticity, and community. As silly as it sounds, I genuinely strive every day to embody those small-town values.

I'm someone who has rarely been described as quiet and reserved. I love adventuring with friends and family, going to concerts, traveling, or having a good game night. Laughter, lazy days at the beach, good company, and simple pleasures are my love language. Despite being seen as outgoing and full of energy, I also really enjoy 'pitter-pattering' around the house, as my Mom would say. I love doing crafting projects, gardening, while listening to audiobooks or rewatching episodes of Grace and Frankie.

My journey to coaching began after college when I moved to southern Maine, "the big city." However, my plans took an unexpected turn when my mother's battle with cancer halted my pursuit of obtaining a master's in social work. After her passing, I took time to focus on myself. It was during this period of introspection that I discovered coaching. Coaching, for me, is a perfect fusion of alternative practice, creativity, and a way to utilize my background in mental health. I find it's a space where I can blend my education with personal growth tools and self-help concepts acquired over many years.

In terms of qualifications, I am a Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Maine at Fort Kent, with a minor in Sociology, and a certificate in Mental Health Rehabilitation (MHRT). Additionally, I completed the extensive Co-Active Coach Training Program at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in NYC. I also successfully completed the multipart training course at Wellcoaches and met all certification requirements.
